What's the difference between plans?

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Email support and we'll move you between monthly and yearly, crediting whatever is left on your current period.

Does BotDaddy work on Mac or Linux?

BotDaddy is Windows-only today because LDPlayer is Windows-only. We don't ship a Mac build to avoid an experience we can't stand behind.

What happens to my license if I switch PCs?

Licenses are device-bound but easily transferable. Go to the license section in your account and unbind it or do it from the bot itself and bind it to your new machine.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial, but there's a 14-day refund window on your first purchase — no justification needed. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

How often do you ship updates?

We ship updates as soon as they're ready. Some are small bug fixes, some are new actions or features.

Is my account safe?

BotDaddy controls LDPlayer like a human player — no game-memory tampering, no protocol injection, nothing written to or changed in the game. We can't promise immunity, but we play safe.

Can I run more than one PC on one license?

One license is bound to one machine. If you need to run BotDaddy across multiple rigs, message us — we sort it out case by case.
