Refund Policy

BotDaddy is built and operated by an individual developer based in India. This policy applies to all purchases made through our checkout.

The 14-day window

If BotDaddy isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. You don’t need to justify the request — telling us what didn’t work is helpful, but it is not a condition.

Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What qualifies

• Your first purchase of any plan, requested within 14 days of the transaction date.
• A renewal charged in error after you had already cancelled.
• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same licence.
• A defect in the software that prevents it from running and that we are unable to resolve for you.

What doesn’t qualify

• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
• Subscription renewals after the first term, where the renewal was charged as scheduled. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being billed — you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Action taken against your game account, including suspension or ban. As set out in our Terms of Service, this risk is accepted by you when you purchase.
• Incompatibility that is documented before purchase — for example, running on macOS or Linux. BotDaddy is Windows-only, and we say so on the pricing page.
• Licences suspended or revoked for sharing, resale, or attempts to circumvent licensing.
• Changes to Viking Rise or LDPlayer made by their publishers that affect functionality, where we are actively working to restore it.

How to request a refund

Email support@botdaddy.app from the address you purchased with, and include the transaction ID from your PayPal receipt. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds immediately.

To stop future renewals without requesting a refund, you can cancel the automatic payment from your PayPal account at any time, or ask us to cancel it for you.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the associated licence is revoked and the software stops working on the device it was activated on. Please uninstall it.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them. Consumers in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights to cancel or obtain a refund under local consumer law, and nothing here limits those rights.
