Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of BotDaddy (“the software”). BotDaddy (“we”, “us”) is an independent software product built and operated by an individual developer based in India. Our full trader identity and contact address are available on request by emailing support@botdaddy.app. By purchasing, installing, or using the software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

What BotDaddy is

BotDaddy is Windows desktop software that automates gameplay tasks in Viking Rise by controlling instances of the LDPlayer Android emulator running on your own computer. It is a tool you run yourself, on hardware you control. We do not host, operate, or play on your behalf.

No affiliation

BotDaddy is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Viking Rise, IGG, or LDPlayer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibility and assumption of risk

Automating gameplay may violate the terms of service of the game you use it with. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the software, and for any consequence of doing so — including suspension, restriction, or permanent loss of your game accounts and any in-game items, currency, or progress associated with them.

We do not guarantee that use of the software will go undetected. No refund is owed and no liability arises on our part in the event of any action taken against your game account. If this risk is not acceptable to you, do not purchase the software.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the software on one device at a time, for as long as your plan remains active. The licence is bound to a device fingerprint at activation. You may move it to a different device by deactivating the first — contact us and we will transfer it for you.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or publish your licence key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Redistribute the software or offer it as a service to others.

We may suspend or revoke a licence, without refund, where we find it has been shared, resold, or used to circumvent licensing.

Billing and renewal

Payments are processed by PayPal. We are the seller; PayPal handles the payment itself and we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected, at the price shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled. All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. Any tax we are required to collect will be shown before you pay.

You may cancel at any time, either from your PayPal account under automatic payments, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on your first purchase. The full terms, including what is and is not eligible, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Updates and availability

We ship updates regularly and include them in every active plan. We do not guarantee any particular feature, release cadence, or continued compatibility with future versions of Viking Rise or LDPlayer — both are third-party products that can change without notice and may break functionality outside our control.

Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of game accounts, in-game assets, data, or profits.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms. On termination your right to use the software ends immediately and you must uninstall it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Payments are processed by PayPal, and your use of PayPal is also subject to their own user agreement. A dispute about a specific transaction may additionally be raised with PayPal under their buyer protection process, though we would always prefer you email us first — it is usually faster.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
