Automating Staging Post bounties in Viking Rise
The bounty board restocks as you clear it — partly because you cleared it — so it rewards being worked often rather than thoroughly. That makes it a good fit for a bot and a bad fit for a person with a job.
This guide assumes you've completed Viking Rise bot setup.
This one works the moment you turn it on.
What the action does
The board holds up to about eight bounties at a time, and a pass usually does several things in a row rather than one.
There are two kinds. A combat bounty sends troops at a monster and needs a free march slot, exactly like gathering does. An errand — rescue, help, search — pays resources, sends nobody, and needs no slot.
A finished bounty leaves a reward box on the board, which has to be collected and isn't there the instant you finish the job. The bot collects everything that's ready and leaves the rest for next time.
Setting it up

Use resources — when a camp errand asks for more resources than you're holding, the game offers to top you up from your inventory. Ticked, the bot accepts and finishes the errand. Unticked, it skips that bounty and moves on. It starts ticked.
Add more than one copy with its own schedule — that's worth doing here, because the board restocks and a second copy later in the day finds new work rather than an empty map.
March slots are the real limit
This is the thing to understand about this action.
If every bounty left is a monster and all your march slots are busy, the pass works any errands, leaves the combat ones, and stops. The feed says so: "left 6 combat bounty(s): every march slot is busy with another action".
It's almost always gathering holding the slots, because gathering takes every free slot by default. The bot isn't giving up early — those bounties genuinely can't be sent without a slot, and waiting would park the account doing nothing until some other action's march came home.
You have two levers, and both are yours to pick:
- Lower Marches on the gathering action from 5 to 3 or 4, leaving slots free for bounties on the same pass.
- Move Staging Post above gathering in the action list. Actions run top to bottom, so whatever runs first gets the slots.
Neither is free — you're trading gathered resources against bounty rewards — which is why the bot won't choose for you. And nothing is lost either way: the bounties stay on the board and the next pass picks them up, usually with slots free by then.
Complete All
If your account has the board's one-tap Complete All, the bot uses it — it clears the whole board for nothing. Most farm accounts don't have it, in which case the button is locked and the bot works the board normally. It is never bought, and the action never spends gems anywhere.
Troubleshooting
The board is empty. There's a daily limit on how many bounties you can complete, so an empty board late in the day is normal rather than a fault.
It says there were no free heroes or troops. Same shape as busy march slots: the combat bounties are left, the errands are done, and the feed says why.
The Staging Post shortcut is missing from the HUD. The row of shortcuts above the chat box changes with what your account has pending, and the Staging Post isn't always in it. The pass skips cleanly and says so. Every account has a Staging Post — a missing shortcut only means there was no door in on that pass.
This is a brand new account. The game runs a forced tutorial on your very first bounty, where only the one highlighted button accepts a tap. The bot recognises that, leaves Complete All alone, follows the tutorial through, and works normally from then on.
A pass finished with marches still out. A later pass collects those boxes. Nothing is lost.
The game froze. It happens rarely, on one particular step of opening a bounty. The bot spots it, stops the pass immediately rather than carrying on against a dead game, and restarts the game. You lose that one pass and nothing else.
I have two characters on one emulator. Each character has its own board and its own daily limit. Give each account its own copy of the action.
